Position Summary

The process engineer will be responsible for technically supporting production flow line with processes, tooling and resolution of non-conforming material.

Location

Our focus is to physically support the production floor; therefore, all Aero Gear employees work on-site, only. There are no remote or hybrid arrangements, and no relocation assistance is provided for this position.

Essential Functions

• Develop and maintain operation processes for flow line.
• Design tooling, fixtures and gauges.
• Participate on continuous improvement teams and champion improvement initiatives.
• Review and disposition nonconforming material.
• Develop rework processes.
• Support flow line with technical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain appropriate tact and diplomacy in dealings with co-workers, team members and supervisors.

Compensation

$70000 – $100000 / year
