Join a leading community healthcare provider in southern Vermont, where Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Orthopaedic Surgeon to enhance its dynamic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine team. Enjoy a fulfilling practice environment with a focus on hand or foot / ankle surgery, while utilizing cutting-edge robotic technology, all in the picturesque heart of the Green Mountains.

Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive orthopaedic care, focusing on hand or foot and ankle surgery
• Work in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting
• Treat a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions; refer multi-trauma cases as necessary
• Utilize MAKO robotic surgical technology in dedicated orthopaedic OR suites
• Collaborate with a team of 3 Orthopaedic Surgeons and 4 Physician Assistants
• Manage an average of 25+ patients per day
• Participate in a 1 : 4 general ortho call rotation supported by PAs
• Employ Cerner Community Works as the EMR platform
• Enjoy dedicated OR block time with opportunities for clinical growth
