Temporary Support Associate role at Coach. Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store's overall success and efficiency, focusing on servicing customers with friendly, efficient interactions and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Accurate and effective work supports the flow of product from receipt through the point of sale.
Responsibilities
- Cash wrap : greet customers, offer your name, interact genuinely, read cues, conduct email / name capture where permitted by law, maintain accuracy at POS, keep cash wrap clean and organized, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards, ensure POS media accuracy, and thank customers to encourage return visits.
- Stockroom / Warehouse : receive shipments and transfers, notify management of new product, scan cartons / transfers and verify information, communicate discrepancies, process shipments / transfers per Coach standards, organize and clean stockroom daily (including offsite / remote warehouses as applicable), manage stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, participate in store physical inventory counts, and maintain Loss Prevention standards.
- Sales Floor : analyze replenishment needs, replenish floor zones, respond to sell-through with visual merchandising, support floor activities, communicate product information (price points, features, color, stock availability), assist customers and coordinate with Sales Team or Management, maintain housekeeping standards.

Experience : 1–3 years of previous retail experience (cashier / stock), preferably in a luxury retail / service environment; knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Technical : Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad / laptop), Mobile POS, internet use; ability to use walkie talkie; read price and product release sheets.Physical : Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively with customers and team; move on the sales floor, stock room; climb, bend, kneel; frequently lift / carry up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds for product shipment / transfers.Schedule : Ability to meet Coach scheduling / availability expectations, including flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.Company Information & Equal Opportunity
