Management Analyst III

Amentum is seeking an experienced Management Analyst III to support a future shipbuilding acquisition program management services contract for US Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Team Submarine (TEAM SUB). Primary responsibilities include :

• Analyzing business or operating procedures to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work.
• Planning study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
• Collecting and organizing information on problem or procedures including present operating procedures.
• Analyzing data gathered, developing information and considering available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding.
• Organizing and documenting findings of studies and preparing recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures or organizational changes.
• Conferring with personnel concerned to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedure.
• May install new systems and train personnel in application.
• May conduct operational effectiveness reviews to ensure functional or project systems are applied and functioning as designed.
• May develop or update functional or operational manuals outlining established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy.

Compensation & Benefits : HIRING SALARY RANGE : $70000 - $120000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
