What You'll Do :

🔹 Engage with prospective residents, showcase apartments, and close the sale!

🔹 Meet monthly leasing goals by generating leads and converting prospects into happy tenants

🔹 Conduct property tours, ensuring model units and amenities shine

🔹 Assist applicants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in

🔹 Collaborate on creative marketing & social media initiatives to drive traffic

🔹 Stay compliant with Fair Housing and other regulations

What We're Looking For :

• ️ A go-getter with a passion for sales and customer service
• ️ 3+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years in property management preferred)
• ️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
• ️ Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office & social media platforms
• ️ Available to work Monday - Saturday
