POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence and Office Automation Analyst serves as the analytical and technical link between Swagelok Northwest’s business operations and its technology infrastructure. This position enables leadership to make data-driven decisions through reliable reporting, pricing insights, and integrated data systems. The role will manage data models, integration pipelines, and performance reporting across SAP B1, Power BI, and HubSpot to ensure accuracy and timeliness. By taking ownership of data analysis and reporting operations, this position enables the Director of Information and Computer Systems to focus on strategic advancements, automation, and AI readiness. AI experience is not required; the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop those competencies under the mentorship of the Director of Information and Computer Systems. The role will collaborate closely with the Director of Information and Computer Systems to expand automation and AI capabilities, learning to design and deploy predictive and intelligent systems that enhance operational efficiency.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience : 2+ years of progressive experience in business or data analysis, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment.

EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Experience with SAP B1, Power BI, HubSpot, SQL, and Power Automate. Familiarity with data integration tools or scripting languages preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Seated workstation in an office environment. Operation of keyboard and standard office equipment for extended periods. Some travel required, including occasional overnight stays.
