Job descriptionPrioritize features based on customer needs, ROI, and business objectives. Ensure alignment with company strategy and market opportunities. Team & BA Management Review and approve user stories, requirements, and solution proposals. Mentor BAs in stakeholder management and requirements quality. Stakeholder Engagement Lead discovery sessions, product demos, and roadmap presentations. Manage expectations with executives, OEM partners, and customers. Execution & Delivery Work closely with Engineering to translate requirements into deliverables. Track adoption and usage, and iterate features post-release. OEM Interface Design : Experience in designing and documenting data exchange interfaces between OEM systems and enterprise platforms (preferably DMS). API & Web Services Knowledge : Understanding of REST / SOAP APIs, JSON / XML formats, and integration patterns. Data Mapping & Transformation : Ability to define data models, map OEM data to internal schemas, and ensure accurate transformation and validation. System Integration : Familiarity with middleware, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), or integration platforms used for connecting disparate systems. DMS Domain Knowledge : Understanding of dealership operations, vehicle lifecycle, service, parts, and sales processes. Data Consumption Design : Experience in designing downstream data flows, including how OEM data is consumed and used within internal modules. IT and Business management related Education (Engg+MBA or equivalent) 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software (ERP, DMS, or OEM / dealer industries). Familiarity with Logistics / SCM, dealership & Rental industry Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as data modeling, process mapping, and requirements management tools. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Understanding of relevant technologies and platforms used in the OEM industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Product Manager
Partnering with key stakeholders the Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a subset of OEM-Dealer integration capabilities. This role will oversee Business Analysts and partner with Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to ensure features deliver measurable value to dealers and OEM partners. The Product Manager will translate market and customer needs into product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and champion outcomes that drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define product vision and roadmap for OEM & Dealer integrations.
Provide direction and guidance to Business Analysts.
Partner with OEMs, dealers, and internal stakeholders to identify integration needs.
Own the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
