As an After-hours Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in advocating for patients and their families. You will effectively communicate with the care team, ensuring that every patient receives the quality care they deserve. This full-time position covers on-call hours from 5 pm - 8 am Monday through Thursday and ending on Friday morning at 8 am . You will be fully supported by our 24 / 7 RN staffed Triage Department along with your local hospice team.
