Procurement Strategy And Analysis

Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop and implement procurement strategies. Monitor market trends and supplier performance. Conduct spend analysis for cost reduction.

Vendor Management :

• Identify and evaluate suppliers.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing.

Operational Tasks :

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Cost savings, supplier performance metrics, compliance with procurement policies, timeliness and accuracy of reporting.

Skills and Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. 25 years of experience in procurement or supply chain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa). Experience with ContractorConnect, Beeline, or Fieldglass. Familiarity with AdobeSign and Microsoft Excel (template-based work). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Comfortable reviewing contracts and understanding legal terminology. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. CPSM or CPP certification. Experience conducting spend analysis and developing procurement strategies. Familiarity with RFP / RFQ processes.
