Travel Radiation Therapist - $3,560 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Radiation Therapist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Radiation Therapist Location : York, PA Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day, 5x8 (08 : 30-17 : 00) Job Responsibilities : Deliver radiation therapy treatments for adult patients using external beam therapy and IMRT. Perform pretreatment tasks including custom molds, custom shields, tumor localization, and simulation support. Conduct beam-modifying and positioning procedures such as block cutting, CBCT / kV / mV imaging, compensation filters, wedges, portal imaging, and B-mode acquisition targeting. Calculate radiation doses and collaborate on treatment planning using Pinnacle (Philips) and Eclipse (Varian) systems. Ensure safe patient handling with lift / transfer devices and provide care following radiation safety and isolation protocols. Utilize rapid response / code team processes when necessary. Maintain accurate charting and documentation using Epic. May care for COVID-positive patients as needed. Required Skills & Requirements Experience : Minimum 2 years as a Radiation Therapist. Certifications : ARRT (T) BLS Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program (Associate degree) Charting : Epic experience required.
