Miller & Miller Law is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with a minimum of four years of practice, including substantial experience in immigration court. We are looking for a skilled, compassionate advocate who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to immigrant communities.

This position is a hybrid role : you'll spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time in-office with our team. Court appearances will be required as scheduled. Many hearings are set on the West Coast, so flexibility with time zones is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in removal proceedings and related court appearances
• Review and manage family-based immigration petitions
• Collaborate with our legal team to provide high-quality representation and support
• Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in all client interactions

What We're Looking For

Active law license in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)

Minimum 4 years of immigration law practice

Strong experience in immigration court litigation

A passion for immigrant rights and justice

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $90,000 – $120,000+ (commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonuses)
