Overview

VSL Media – das kreative Kollektiv aus mehr als 10 leidenschaftlichen Freelancern – ist auf der Suche nach einem Vollzeit Videocutter (m / w / d), der nicht nur Frames aneinanderreiht, sondern Geschichten fühlbar macht.

Ob dynamischer Social-Media-Content, emotionale Imagefilme oder rhythmisch geschnittene Werbespots – bei uns bekommst du keine starren Prozesse, sondern kreativen Spielraum, echte Teamarbeit auf Augenhöhe und Projekte, die Eindruck hinterlassen.

Dein Arbeitsplatz wird vorwiegend unser Büro in Würzburg sein. Gleichzeitig bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, auch remote von zuhause aus zu arbeiten – für maximale Flexibilität bei gleichbleibend guter Zusammenarbeit.

Aufgaben

  • Schnitt & Postproduktion von (vorwiegend) Reels & Ads – schnell, dynamisch, plattformgerecht
  • Gestaltung & Umsetzung kreativer Ideen – vom ersten Entwurf bis zum finalen Export
  • Mitdenken, nicht nur mitmachen – wir suchen kreative Köpfe
  • Optional : Projektmanagement & Verantwortung – wenn du Lust hast, über den Schnitt hinaus zu wachsen und Projekte eigenständig zu betreuen

Qualifikation

  • Du solltest Schnitterfahrung in CapCut, Premiere Pro oder Davinci Resolve haben.
  • Du hast bereits Projekte im Bereich Reels & Ads gemacht
  • Du bist kreativ und denkst mit
  • Du kennst Dich mit Social Media aus und bist über Trends informiert
