Compensation:$112,500 - $187,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using proven prospecting methods.

- Utilize technology and online tools to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Set and pursue personal income goals with the support and structure provided by our team.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to enhance your skills and industry knowledge.
- Assist clients in understanding market trends and making informed real estate decisions.
