Cleaver Brooks Sales and Service is looking for a Service Manager to join our team . The Service Manager will coordinate the daily direction of a service department made up of a group of specialty mechanics, technicians, and welders. Coordinate company technical resources to ensure appropriate solutions are offered. This is a direct customer facing position. Must be able to multi-task and respond to customer’s emergencies with technical resolutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Essential functions :
Basic Requirements : Education :
A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Technical degree preferred.
Experience :
Must have 5+ years prior experience working as a boiler service technician on commercial / industrial steam and hot water boilers with strong electrical and controls capabilities. Computer competency including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams are required.

Working Conditions and Hazards :
Normal office conditions. Customer visits may include exposure to site specific hazards and safety requirements. Work environment may include dusty and hot conditions.
