Role Impact Manifest

As a Nurse Practitioner for the BASE Program, you are the clinical overseer of

diagnostic accuracy and integrity. When bloodwork and testing data flow into Fountain

Life's ecosystem, you ensure that every result is clinically reviewed, verified, and

authorized before being released to the member.

Your role ensures that each member's data reflects not just information, but trusted

medical validation, offering confidence that every insight has been examined by a

licensed clinician. Once approved, the results are delivered through the Fountain Life

app, where members can explore, interact with, and understand their health data in real

time. You stand at the intersection of precision and trust, translating complexity into clarity,

and science into confidence. Your expertise transforms raw diagnostics into clinically

curated insights that empower members to engage with their health journey with

accuracy, empowerment, and peace of mind.

You are not only a reviewer; you are the guardian of clinical quality, ensuring that every

member experience reflects Fountain Life's commitment to excellence, safety, and

proactive health innovation.

What You'll Do

As part of Fountain Life's BASE Program team, you ensure that each member's

diagnostic journey is clinically sound, seamlessly managed, and delivered with precision

and care. You are the clinical authority who reviews, verifies, and signs off on every set

of bloodwork and diagnostic results before they are released to members through the

Fountain Life app. Your role ensures confidence, compliance, and clarity, transforming

data into trusted, validated insights.

Serve as the clinical lead for the BASE Program, overseeing the integrity and

accuracy of all lab and diagnostic results prior to release.

Review incoming bloodwork and diagnostic data for completeness, accuracy, and

clinical alignment.

Authorize and sign off on results, ensuring members receive only clinically

reviewed, validated data through the app experience.

Collaborate with the physician and clinical operations teams to address any

findings requiring further evaluation or escalation.

Ensure that any critical or abnormal results are immediately identified and routed

for appropriate follow-up.

Maintain ongoing collaboration with data and technology teams to ensure

seamless result delivery through the Fountain Life digital platform.

Uphold the highest standards of clinical documentation, data integrity, and

regulatory compliance.

Participate in BASE team meetings, performance reviews, and cross-

departmental strategy sessions to advance program excellence.

Provide insight and feedback to leadership regarding process improvement,
