RESPONSIBILITIES :

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies

Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. Diagnosing problem(s) is A MUST

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Document work performed

Learn new information and techniques in training sessions

Keep your work area clean

Other duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications

REQUIREMENTS :

GMC Certification preferred

Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician

Experience with latest automotive technologies

Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, A / C equipment etc.

Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

Are a fast learner

Are a team player

Are computer literate

Have a valid driver’s license

Have a High School Diploma

Perform high quality and efficient repair service in accordance with Generation Buick GMC and Factory standards
