Infusion Pharmacist Direct Hire

Montgomery, AL | Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM | Start ASAP

Are you an infusion pharmacist ready to make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused clinical environment? Soliant Health is partnering with a highly respected infusion organization in Montgomery, AL, to find a skilled Infusion Pharmacist for a direct-hire opportunity. This role offers stability, clinical growth, and leadership potentialall within a supportive team setting.

What Youll Do :

Provide safe, high-quality infusion and pharmacy services in an alternate care setting

Coordinate patient services, assess therapy appropriateness, and document patient progress

Dispense medications, medical supplies, and infusion equipment

Interpret lab data and perform pharmacokinetic dosing

Prepare pounded infusions following USP

standards

Supervise and mentor pharmacy support staff, interns, and trainees

Participate in clinical rounds and interdisciplinary care conferences

Support departmental performance, budgets, and operations as needed

What Were Looking For :

PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree

Active pharmacist license in Alabama (or eligibility to obtain)

2+ years recent acute care experience or 1+ year in home infusion therapy

Strong expertise in IV therapy, pounding, and clean room operations

Excellent munication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
