Title : Sales & Design Consultant

Location : Indianapolis, IN (On-site)

Job Type : Full-time | Direct Hire

Compensation : $65,000-$85,000 Annually DOE, Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Join a top-rated showroom as a Sales & Design Consultant where you'll guide clients through home renovations, from ideas to installation. If you love interior design, have sales experience, and thrive in a dynamic, client-facing role, we would like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Help clients choose materials including tile, flooring, cabinetry, and countertops

Manage projects end-to-end : estimates, order entry, scheduling, and install coordination

Stay in touch with clients from start to finish

Grow your network and generate new leads via contractors, realtors, and designers

Utilize CRM systems and design tools to track projects

Work closely with installers, warehouse, and showroom staff

Key Qualifications :

At least 5 years of experience in home renovation sales or interior design

In-depth knowledge of renovation products (LVP, tile, carpet, cabinets, etc.)

Familiarity with tools like QFloors, RFMS, or MeasureSquare

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Strong communication and customer service skills

Driven to meet goals and grow professionally
