Gastroenterology Physician

A well-established healthcare organization in Massachusetts is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist (MD / DO) with fellowship training in Gastroenterology to support outpatient GI and endoscopy services. This opportunity is part of a strategic initiative to reduce the colonoscopy backlog and expand procedural volume across multiple outpatient sites. Key Responsibilities : Perform upper endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures Provide outpatient GI care across designated facilities Maintain a patient load of approximately 14-16 patients per day Work 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts No call responsibilities Requirements : MD or DO degree Completion of a Gastroenterology Fellowship Board Certification in Gastroenterology Eligible for credentialing at affiliated hospitals Massachusetts medical license (or willingness to obtain; licensing may extend credentialing timeline)
