What does a Day Habilitation - Direct Support Professional do?

What we're looking for in a Day Habilitation - Direct Support Professional

Successful candidates for the Direct Support Professional position must possess a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. While no specific software or tools are required for this role, candidates should be at least 18 years old, hold a valid and clean driver's license, and have a High School Diploma or GED. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this position. A willingness to learn and adapt to various situations, coupled with a reliable and professional work ethic, will contribute to creating a positive impact on the lives of our program participants.
