    The Company is in search of a Divisional Vice President of Sales for its Thermal Process Management business unit. The successful candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented leader responsible for driving the vision and results of this multi-site, global business unit. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, analyzing and prioritizing customer opportunities, and executing targeted campaigns. The role also involves organizational development, business development, direct sales performance, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a BA / BS, with an engineering degree preferred, and 10-15 years of experience in strategic business development and sales, particularly in the global oil and gas environment. Applicants for the Divisional Vice President of Sales position at the company should be adept at managing a globally dispersed team, setting and achieving business unit goals, and mentoring subordinates. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in influencing, developing, and empowering employees, as well as a creative business development and sales visionary. The candidate must be results-oriented, people-centered, and capable of leading complex sales negotiations. Essential skills include excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment. A strong educational background, with a preference for an engineering degree, and a commitment to lifelong learning are also essential.
