Stone Cottage Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Sigourney, IA, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We are hiring for full-time and part-time day shifts , with flexible schedules of 12-hour or 8-hour shifts . Some weekend availability is required.

Available Shifts :

Day Shift – 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Day Shift – 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM (8-hour shifts)

Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care to residents in line with care plans and facility policies

Accurately administer medications and treatments

Coordinate daily resident care and support the care team

Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff

Requirements :

Active Iowa LPN license in good standing

Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Genuine dedication to resident-centered care
