Senior Manager Quality Improvement
Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA is seeking a Senior Manager Quality Improvement. This position is full time and will work 8-hour, day shifts. The center is recognized as one of the best regional hospitals in nine types of care by U.S. News & World Report. It has been awarded the Healthgrades' Patient Safety Excellence Award for 2024 and America's 50 Best Hospitals for Vascular Surgery Award in 2025. The role provides leadership in advancing clinical and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with quality accreditation and regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all departments. This position exercises autonomous and independent judgment and discretion with agreed upon limitations to take actions needed to achieve success by using their education, experience, and knowledge to make decisions. They serve as a key liaison between Quality Improvement, core leaders, caregivers, and system teams. The Senior Manager position provides specialized guidance and tools to train, oversee, mentor, and coach managers and supervisors in the work they are responsible for.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
