More operations focused than sales

Location : Orlando, Florida - Central

Facility details : Full Service, cut shop, grind, chicken and fresh fish, frozen specialty, box in box out - capable of producing and selling nearly every item.

Team : 225

Size : 70k

P&L : $190 million in sales

Direct reports : No Assistant GM currently, 6-8 Direct reports, including Director of Production

Primary responsibilities - Team building, setting the culture and handling issues that contribute to the P&L

Top qualities they're looking for :

Servant leader, about the employees, be there for them, remove roadblocks, good communication, not afraid to make decisions, decisive, basic knowledge of P&L and finance

Ideally 5 years of GM experience preferred but not required

10 years mgt. experience required

Strong leadership development

Experience managing P&L - 100-200 mill preferred but open if they have less

Bilingual preferred

Meat and / or seafood background, at least basic understanding required

5 days in office in the facility

Compensation : Target compensation $220k - $225k base + 40% bonus based on scorecard - 70% your plant and own personal criteria - 30% overall - (subject to change) LTI 20%
