Summer Analyst Internship

The summer internship is a ten-week rotational program designed to provide exposure to the acquisition, underwriting and transactional side of the business, as well as asset management. The Real Estate Analyst Intern Program will introduce young professionals to the commercial real estate industry by providing hands-on, rotational learning and training in areas not limited to, cash flow analysis, credit / risk analysis, financial modeling, and valuation. During the rotational program, candidates will be exposed to various groups such as Asset Management, Acquisitions, Structure and Finance, and Underwriting.

Candidates will work in the functional areas listed below and may perform (but not limited to) the outlined responsibilities.

Commercial Asset Management

• Assist in providing analytical and daily asset management support on a portfolio consisting of multiple property types located in multiple markets.
• Perform financial modeling, analyzes the data and develops financial reports for planning, forecasting, and trending and variance analysis to actual results on asset performance.
• Coordinate with various departments such as accounting, property management, leasing, lease administration, and operations to facilitate required information, data, or answers to questions in order to help mold a strategy or response to a given situation.
