COBOL Developer

A company is looking for a COBOL Developer to provide development and maintenance support for enterprise-level mainframe applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain COBOL applications and associated Unisys OS 2200 system components

Analyze existing code and implement schema changes and updates to meet business or regulatory requirements

Perform system integration and acceptance testing for mainframe applications and related interfaces

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of professional COBOL full lifecycle experience, with strong proficiency in Unisys COBOL

Hands-on experience with Unisys OS 2200 and Executive Control Language (ECL)

Experience supporting enterprise transaction or financial systems on large-scale mainframes

Active IRS MBI clearance aligned to an IRS contract within the last two years

B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
