  • Preferred Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Skills

  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies across all age groups, along with a thorough understanding of various speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Exceptional communication ability, fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary health teams.
  • Ability to tailor therapy techniques to meet the diverse cultural and linguistic needs of clients.
  • Strong clinical judgment and aptitude for critical thinking.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and adherence to documentation protocols.
  • Benefits

  • Competitive compensation tailored to your experience and accomplishments.
  • Flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Specialization opportunities in pediatrics, neurorehabilitation, or geriatrics.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
