A company is looking for a Benefits Manager responsible for the administration and compliance of global health and welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of global benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
Manage administration of global leave programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Act as the primary contact for global benefit brokers and develop employee communication materials
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in benefits administration with exposure to global programs
Proficiency with Workday HRIS system and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of benefits-related regulations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, culturally sensitive environment
