Staff Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to design and implement business systems for Life, Health, and Annuity products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable technical solutions that integrate with legacy and vendor systems

Lead the development of software solutions and establish engineering standards and best practices

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate platform capabilities and drive improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

10+ years of experience in engineering environments with a focus on software solution architecture

Experience with data and system integration patterns and technologies

Proficiency in managing large-scale projects

Financial services industry experience preferred, especially in Life, Health, and Annuity products
