As a hospice LPN, you will work closely under the guidance of a registered nurse to conduct patient visits and deliver essential routine care. Effective communication with the care team, patients, and families will be at the forefront of your role.

  • A heart to serve patients and families, with a passion for delivering excellent care
  • Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting or similar (hospice experience preferred)
  • Requirements : Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs effectively.
