Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Must be current). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Highly preferred). NRP Certification (Preferred; required for Labor & Delivery). What You Bring : Proven experience in Labor & Delivery nursing, with the ability to handle high-acuity cases. Strong clinical skills in maternity and postpartum care, including fetal monitoring and emergency response. Ability to float to different units within the facility where you are experienced, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ensuring quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Valid Colorado RN license, along with current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications. Preferred Education & Experience : Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience; experience in a hospital setting preferred. Experience with high-risk obstetric cases, fetal monitoring, and emergency obstetrics procedures is highly advantageous. Additional Details : Shift Details : Night shift hours, providing an opportunity for a stable overnight schedule. Guaranteed Hours : 24 hours per week, with Banner's policy to cancel only 1 shift per week, offering consistent income stability. Flexibility : Willingness to float to other units within the facility where you have experience is required, supporting staffing needs across departments.
