Key Responsibilities
Own CX onboarding and offboarding execution for employees and contractors, including reporting and tracking
Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely onboarding and separation processes
Maintain documentation and standards for CX onboarding, offboarding, and identity management processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience in operations, onboarding / offboarding, workforce enablement, or access management
Experience supporting operational transformation, transition, or centralization initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills
