Experience configuring and troubleshooting various server and client software. Competent understanding of low-voltage wiring and network infrastructure. Assist in the installation of wiring, hardware, and software for security systems Ensure all installations are completed in a clean, professional manner with a focus on organized wiring and accessible equipment placement Troubleshoot advanced issues and document through service notes Mentor inexperience staff and assist Service when needed Maintain a neat and professional workspace and appearance High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus Extensive knowledge of all required hand tools and power tools Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability Willingness to travel overnight as needed
