The Opportunity

We're seeking  experienced Finishing Machine Operators  who want to make a meaningful impact. Experience with print finishing equipment such as Bobst, Sanwa, or Kluge is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important. If you value craftsmanship and ownership, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate finishing equipment under trainer guidance
• Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly
• Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials
• Accurately complete job tickets and documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedules
