Senior Manager - Legal Counsel

Purpose & Function Description :

Provide comprehensive strategic legal, business, and negotiation advice across multiple touch points in the organization, with a focus on Human Resources and Procurement, through the following :

• Act as a strategic business partner and advisor to the organization on employment law matters and commercial agreements with third parties
• Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive advice on employment law issues
• Manage employment litigation and agency claims
• Negotiate commercial agreements to ensure best terms and most valuable rights
• At all times ensure a consistent and high standard for all internal standards and principles globally and within the local markets
