About the Role

As Product Manager Tax AI Products, you will define and drive the vision for Crowe's AI-powered products serving the tax domain. You'll partner with tax subject matter experts and AI engineers to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You'll serve as the connective tissue between business and technical teamsaligning client needs, product strategy, and technical capabilities to create innovative, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-driven tax products and features.
  • Partner with tax domain experts to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and insight.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers and software developers to translate product requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate alignment across business and technical teams through clear communication and shared goals.
  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption and integration of AI products across Crowe's tax practice.
  • Develop and refine user personas to ensure deep understanding of customer and practitioner needs.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to keep Crowe's Tax AI solutions at the forefront of innovation.
  • Articulate the product vision and roadmap to executive leadership, partners, and clients.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within technology, analytics, or AI-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile or Scrum settings.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business-relevant outcomes.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and iterating on product KPIs.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform professional services.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience managing technical solutions in the tax, accounting, or financial services domain.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and modern AI product development practices.
  • Experience with tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Technical literacy in data science or MLOps concepts to facilitate collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Strong interest in how AI can automate, enhance, or reimagine tax workflows and advisory services.
  • We appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role / opening.
