Bilingual Dock Auditor / Quality Inspector
We are seeking a Bilingual Dock Auditor / Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for auditing and inspecting completed pallets, ensuring shipment accuracy, and supporting logistics and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Audit completed pallets for accuracy, labeling, and compliance
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and shipment standards
- Route and dispatch shipments in alignment with logistics schedules
- Audit and manage shipping / receiving documents for accuracy and compliance
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and reporting
- Communicate with customers and carriers to resolve shipping or delivery issues
- Assist warehouse team with pallet movement and organization (using pallet jack)
- Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and reporting
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
