We're looking for a Partnerships Program Manager to play a critical role in scaling and executing our partner strategy. In this role, you'll serve as the engine that takes partnership initiatives from idea to launchdriving cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment, and keeping programs on track. You'll work closely with leadership, internal stakeholders, and our Partner Enablement team to bring initiatives to life that create value for our partners and our business.

Who You Are :

You're a builder and an operator at heart, skilled at turning big ideas into structured programs with clear processes, timelines, and outcomes. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel at keeping complex initiatives on track while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Product, Revenue and Finance. You're proactive and resourceful, anticipating needs before they arise and stepping in to fill gaps to ensure programs succeed.

With a data-driven mindset and natural curiosity, you look to metrics and feedback to continuously improve and optimize. You're a strong communicator who can simplify complex information, rally stakeholders around shared goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days look the same.

Most importantly, you care about helping teams winensuring that partnership initiatives are fully supported and set up for success.

What You'll Get to Do :

• Plan and execute programs : Work with the department director and internal stakeholders to plan partnership programs and initiatives, leading their launch and execution (e.g., partner promotions, integration rollouts, co-marketing efforts).
• Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales and Customer Success teams to align resources, timelines, and messaging for all partner initiatives.
• Enablement support : Collaborate with Partner Enablement Managers to ensure their programs and campaigns are supported with the right assets, tools, and internal communication.
• Project management : Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, and process documentation to keep all stakeholders aligned and accountable.
• Performance tracking : Monitor program progress and performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Resource creation : Anticipate needs and coordinate the creation of resources (sales collateral, internal training, partner-facing assets) to support upcoming launches.
• Execution ownership : Step in where needed to drive day-to-day executionwhether that's organizing partner webinars, coordinating pilot launches, or managing campaign rolloutsensuring programs move from concept to reality.
