Job Title : Engineer II – Network Design

Location : West Nyack, NY (Hybrid – Tue, Wed, Thu onsite | Mon, Fri remote)

Summary :

This is a high-priority role due to budget and timing constraints. The engineer will manage and review a high volume of 5G UWB, SNAP, and LS6 projects as they progress through the A&E and Real Estate funnel. A strong background in cell site design, construction, and permitting is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage engineering and coordination of building drawings.
• Review and apply design elements from landlords.
• Oversee high-volume design / drawing review processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, designs, and deliverables.
• Review construction drawings (Lease Exhibits, CDs).
• Maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure timely and accurate entitlements for successful RTC.
• Provide regular project updates to internal teams (PMs, RF, RE).
• Administer and evaluate RFQs and vendor responses.
• Perform financial administration of POs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
