Wayflyer Sales Role
You'll prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities with eCommerce businesses in North America. Work with some of the most exciting growing consumer brands on the market. Be an expert at sourcing your own leads that fit our ICP, alongside your dedicated BDR. Conduct in-depth discoveries with prospects using Solution Sales & MEDDIC methodologies. Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across Wayflyer, working closely with our underwriting team, with a focus on speed and quality. Act as a co-founder to our customers, ensuring negotiations are valuable for both parties. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast paced, high volume sales environment. You'll be joining a high performing team, with top performers achieving 200-400% of their target!
A minimum of 3 years outbound Account Executive experience, ideally selling to SMB's or working towards monthly targets in a transactional sales environment. Experience working as a BDR or SDR previously. Consistent track record of exceeding targets throughout your sales career. You've worked in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment. A demonstrable history of being a real team player. You have a passion for eCommerce and supporting small businesses to achieve their goals. Familiar with MEDDICC methodologies.

Atlanta, New York & Charlotte, stateside collaboration, operates with a flexible hybrid approach. Remote, across the US & Europe, the majority of our Tech org works remotely across the UK and Europe, coming together throughout the year for off-sites, company kick off and technical kick off.
