• Ensure full regulatory compliance with NYSDOH and CAP accreditation standards.
• Manage the annual budget , oversee expenditures, and monitor departmental revenue.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate laboratory professionals, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with other hospital departments to enhance efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
• Identify and implement new technologies and testing capabilities to strengthen lab performance and expand services.
