Position Summary
Contract PACS Administrator / Analyst role to support Radiology IT operations for a healthcare client. This individual will provide virtual, full-time support for PACS workflows, imaging systems, and related integrations, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compensation
Base pay range : $55.00 / hr - $65.00 / hr
Location & Schedule
Location : Remote (Mountain Time Zone – Salt Lake City, UT preferred)
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM MT
Contract Duration : Minimum 6 months with potential to extend
Start Date : ASAP
Responsibilities
- Manage on-call support, service, and maintenance requests for PACS and related applications.
- Track all work activities in ServiceNow ITSM system with accuracy and detail.
- Collaborate directly with physicians, clinical staff, Radiology IT, and central IT teams.
- Support and troubleshoot PACS API integrations, HL7 interfaces, and imaging modality workflows (US, MR, CT, XR).
- Provide Windows OS (Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019+) and basic desktop hardware support.
- Participate in meetings as required to align with project and operational needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely, effective solutions.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Hands-on experience with Philips Intellispace PACS, PowerScribe 360, and Windows 11.Familiarity with PACS workflows, voice dictation software, and imaging modality integrations.Understanding of data network workflows, Active Directory, and deployment solutions such as Tanium and SMP.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Desired Skills
Experience with PowerScribe One and ServiceNow.Seniority level
