As a Senior Staff AI / ML Engineer, you will help shape the future of social care in America through the responsible application of cutting-edge AI. This is more than just a technical position. It’s an opportunity to turn advanced machine learning into real-world impact, improving access to essential services for families, care providers, and entire communities. You’ll lead the development of production-ready AI solutions while laying the foundation for an AI-first culture across Findhelp. Your work will not only define our company-wide AI strategy but also leave a lasting legacy on how millions experience care.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Lead transformative AI initiatives that directly address customer pain points, improve access to social care, and instill an AI-first mindset across the organization.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for scalable AI adoption.
• Act as a force multiplier by building production-ready AI / ML solutions that deliver measurable value to our users, and then mentoring teams across the company to independently explore and implement AI solutions.
• Define and build scalable AI / ML infrastructure and tools that enable rapid experimentation, streamline development, and reduce barriers to company-wide AI innovation.
• Establish and enforce responsible AI guidelines ensuring fairness, transparency, privacy, security, and explainability in everything we deploy.
• Collaborate with external vendors and research partners to evaluate tools, models, and technologies that meet evolving business needs.
• Support go-to-market efforts by working with analytics, and sales teams to communicate the impact and ROI of AI-powered features.
• Translate emerging AI trends into actionable strategy, architectural guidance, and internal enablement to keep findhelp at the forefront of innovation in social care technology.

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Findhelp. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
