Description :

  • We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse for a reputable 700-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in New York, NY.
  • This contract position offers the opportunity to work all shifts, including day, evening, and night.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term and short-term patient care, with a focus on maintaining a safe and effective environment.

Requirements :

  • Valid NYS Professional Licensed Practical Nurse License.
  • At least 6 months of nursing home experience.
  • Experience with NYS DOH and Joint Commission standards.
  • Knowledge of MDS and PRI processes preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in documentation and computer applications.

    • Qualifications :

  • BSN preferred.
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in clinical, email, and office applications.
