Summary : This incumbent works under the supervision of a technical superior & is responsible for assisting and / or instructing clients in therapy activities such as performing basic living skills, sensorimotor activities, psychosocial activities or preparing individuals for therapy. Provides instruction in the use of therapy equipment. Observes, records, & reports client progress. Participates in treatment team meetings. Requisitions supplies and services. Ensures work area & equipment are clean. Performs job-related tasks as required. Works collaboratively with all facility departments for best possible care.
