Job Title: General Production Associate
Location: Lakeland, FL
Shift: First Shift (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Position Summary

The General Production Associate is a hands-on role that supports various stages of the manufacturing process. This position involves performing multiple tasks on the production floor, including machine operation, assembly, quality checks, material handling, and general shop support. Ideal candidates are dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn a variety of production skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing of roller coaster wheel components

• Operate basic production machinery and equipment (training provided)

• Perform assembly and sub-assembly tasks as needed

• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product accuracy and safety

• Prepare, load, and unload materials

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

• Support team members with general production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work first shift

• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
