Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire order life cycle for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely shipment
Serve as the single-point-of-contact for customers and internal departments, facilitating order processing and communication
Resolve complex inquiries and maintain accurate records of interactions in the appropriate systems
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; college or equivalent degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service-related experience required
Experience in customer order management, account management, or the supply chain field is required
Experience working in a call center environment is preferred
Familiarity with CRM or order management systems is preferred
