McKeenix is seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Keyer to support the company’s data processing, documentation, and administrative workflow needs. This is a fully remote role designed for someone who excels at accuracy, organization, and independent productivity. The ideal candidate will key and validate sensitive information, maintain data quality standards, and work collaboratively with internal teams through remote communication tools.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately key high-volume data into internal systems, databases, and digital records.
Review source documents for errors, missing information, and formatting inconsistencies before processing.
Perform daily data validation checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Maintain updated logs of work completed, including daily batch entries, corrections, and quality-control notes.
Handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion and professionalism.
Work closely with supervisors and team members through virtual channels in a remote environment.
Process documents, forms, or technical data according to McKeenix’s structured workflows.
Assist with compiling reports, summaries, and extracted datasets from keyed information.
Support administrative tasks that relate to digital organization, file maintenance, and documentation audits.
Follow productivity benchmarks and meet deadlines while working independently in a remote setting.
Attend virtual training sessions and updates to stay informed about system enhancements, new procedures, and best practices.
Proactively identify data discrepancies and escalate issues that require clarification.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further administrative or technical coursework preferred.
Proven experience as a data entry keyer, data processor, clerical specialist, or similar role — including remote positions.
Strong typing ability (55+ WPM recommended) with extremely high accuracy.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, data platforms, and office productivity systems.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain routine, focus, and consistency in a remote work environment.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for professional remote tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate virtually with multiple teams.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or professional services. Hands-on experience with security assessments, architecture design, and risk management. Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls). Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) is preferred. Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity management, encryption, and network security. Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with experience presenting to executives and technical teams. Consulting mindset : strong problem-solving, client-facing experience, and ability to lead engagements. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent are a plus.
