Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day upkeep and general maintenance of our property. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to handle light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, and routine repairs while coordinating with trusted vendors for larger projects.

Key Responsibilities : Perform light plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building maintenance as needed. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe, well-kept facility. Coordinate, schedule, and oversee outside vendors and contractors for larger repair and maintenance jobs. Maintain maintenance logs and records of work performed. Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Communicate with property management and tenants as needed regarding maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or property management. Working knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications a plus.

Compensation (Hourly) :

$20.00 / hour

Schedule :

FULL TIME

5 days a week / 2 days off
