About the Role
The Company is in search of a General Manager / Chief Operating Officer (GM / COO) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the club. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the club's operations, with a strong focus on food and beverage management, financial oversight, strategic planning, and maintaining high standards of member and guest service. The GM / COO will be expected to have a minimum of 5-7 years' progressive leadership experience in a contemporary business model club or similar hospitality operation, with a proven track record in team development, financial performance, and quality service programming. The role requires a visionary leader who can work in partnership with the Board to ensure the club's continued success and viability.
Candidates for the GM / COO position at the company should be adept at building and leading teams, possess strong financial management skills, and be capable of setting and achieving strategic goals.
